DJ Scarlet's Wei provides DJ entertainment services for events, performances, and related promotional activities. Submitting a booking inquiry does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking. All bookings are subject to confirmation in writing.

2. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or contract).
• A deposit may be required to secure an event date.
• Remaining balances must be paid according to the terms agreed upon at booking.
• Failure to submit payment on time may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Client-initiated cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• If DJ Scarlet's Wei must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or refund payments received.

4. Event Requirements and Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details (date, time, location, venue)
• Ensuring safe and adequate performance space
• Providing access to power and necessary permissions
• Complying with venue rules, permits, and local regulations

DJ Scarlet's Wei reserves the right to refuse or stop performance if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or materially different from those agreed upon.

5. Travel and Equipment

Additional fees may apply for:

• Travel outside the agreed service area
• Extended performance time
• Special equipment or technical requirements

All equipment remains the property of DJ Scarlet's Wei and must not be handled by unauthorized individuals.

6. Promotion, Media, and Recording

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• DJ Scarlet's Wei may use event photos, videos, or recordings for promotional purposes
• Clients grant permission for non-commercial promotional use of such media
• Clients may not record, stream, or distribute performances for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, branding, graphics, audio, and text, is the property of DJ Scarlet's Wei and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DJ Scarlet's Wei shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Technical issues beyond reasonable control
• Venue-related interruptions or restrictions

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

9. Indemnification
